Social Science Olympiad (GSSO, Class 1st To 10th):

This is a subject which is very important to explore our civilization. How the world could build such extra-ordinary societies is a matter of question unless social science prevailed in the past. It means that there was a scientific system behind it. Social science is, otherwise, a very scoring subject. However, most of the parent seems to be not giving much priority or emphasis on this subject but opting for the main stream subjects like Maths or Science etc. in fact, when a student need to get an overall excellent scoring, he or she has to give equal emphasis on social science as well. Apart from scoring well, the students will learn much more inside details about life too. This is a subject which is being introduced by GCS for the benefit of school students as a whole. We request the school authorities to inspire the students to participate in this Olympiad and help them to score better in future competitions and oblige.

Examination Pattern

  • There will be 40 multiple choice questions (MCQ) to be solved in 60 minutes. Classes 1st and 2nd will have to mark their answers on question paper-cum-answer sheets.

  • There will be 50 MCQ type questions to be solved in 60 minutes on OMR Answer Sheet. use Blue/Black ball pen only.
